Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our software products and services.

1. Software License Fee

All software license purchases are non-refundable once the software has been installed, activated, or deployed at the client’s premises.

2. Implementation & Customization Charges

Implementation, customization, training, and support charges are non-refundable once service delivery has started.

3. WhatsApp API / Third-Party Charges

Charges paid towards WhatsApp Business API, Meta fees, SMS gateway, hosting, cloud services, or any third-party integrations are non-refundable.

4. Annual Maintenance / Subscription

Annual support or maintenance fees once paid are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests, if any, must be submitted within 7 days of payment and will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Cyrasoft Lab Technologies Pvt Ltd.
