1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using any software or services provided by Cyrasoft Lab Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide software development services including ERP solutions, pharmacy management systems, web and mobile applications, and WhatsApp-integrated notification systems.

3. Software License

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Clients may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per agreed invoices. Annual maintenance or subscription charges must be paid in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or disruptions from such platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cyrasoft shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka.
